They are all hand-cut, varied paper media (some with 2-dimensional styling), with a wide variety of artistic images. Each package has 16 tags with a string for attaching them to the gift.

These exceeded all my expectations. I ordered these mostly as a means to donate, but honestly I’d do it again in a heartbeat to decorate gifts. They were lovely with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. Those who received the gifts commented on the originality and quality of the tags, something I’d never heard before (I’m not a fussy gift person). I intend to order these or similar for my staff for next year as gifts.
