Butterfly

“Butterfly” is an original photo by Jesse Buckwalter, an award-winning photographer who lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The close-up image depicts an exquisite brown, caramel and white butterfly at rest on a bright yellow bloom. Jesse’s motto when it comes to small animals is, ‘the closer, the better.’ The image is typical of the wildlife that catch Jesse’s eye as he makes images on the coast of Maine, the farmland around central Pennsylvania, and close-ups of animals and flowers in many other locales.
